English As A Second Language (ESL)

ESL classes are ideal for the person who wishes to improve their English language, speaking, reading, and writing skills. ESL classes offer you four levels of instruction in small groups from beginning to advanced classes.

Meriden Adult Continuing & Career Education is located at 121 Gravel St. Room 178 in Meriden. The GED/ESL office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8:00am-12:00 pm and Friday  7:00am-2:30pm.

  • Cost: Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced ESL classes are FREE!
  • Registration: Spring 2024  January 8th-19th
  • Classes begin:  Week of February 5, 2024
  • Class Location:  Daytime classes are held at 14 West Main Street and evening classes are held at Maloney High School (121 Gravel St.)
