Are you serious about setting healthy fitness and weight loss goals?  Are you ready for an individual plan that meets your specific expectations? One on one attention in a group setting will address your fitness and weight loss goals through proper nutrition and exercise. Learn the  proper ratio of fats/carbs and exercise specifically for you.  Each week will cover everything you need to succeed to become strong, fit and lean!

$5.00 supply fee per person will be collected on day one to cover the cost of a cooking segment.
